Members of Sobek-Zhang Foundation (Sally Sobek, Vince Sobek, Lina Ljunberg) met with the cheerleader team at the Amargosa schools in Nevada and one of the beneficiaries of the Foundation.
The Sobek-Zhang Foundation proudly supports Beatty High School's music band and sports activities.

Members of Sobek-Zhang Foundation (Sally Sobek, Vince Sobek) visited the the University of Kansas campus in Lawrence, Kansas and met with the professors (Drs. Nancy Muma, Rick Dobrowsky, Zijun Wang, Liqin Zhao, Heng Du, Lan Guo) and student beneficiaries in the Department of Pharmacology & Toxicology.
The Foundation currently provides financial support to five students pursuing PhD degrees in the department.

Members of Sobek-Zhang Foundation (Sally Sobek, Vince Sobek) visited No. 4 Elementary School in Nanjing, China and celebrated International Children's Day with the students at the school. Ms. Sobek provided a short speech to some of the alumni with whom she attended the school in 1977.

During one of Ms. Sally Sobek's trips to China for foundation business, she adopted two puppies-Dabao & Meibao, both were abandoned and homeless.
Dabao and Meibao's adoption are the foundation's first philanthropic support for animals. Saving lives has no boundary.
